James Beard 2011

Well is is offical, I am going to head a team back to New Ynext year and I cant wait. this past July I headed a group of chefs from Fortis properties and it was a tremondous success, if you go to a blog Fiesty Foodie you will see the review. The function was held on Canada day and it was a real success.
Not just because I went , but it was a great chance to bring some other chefs and show what they can do as well.
The team at the James Beard House are terrific, they make you feel so welcome and they are so helpfull.
If you ever get a chance to go you should , it is a real honor to be there, the house is full of great history and so many of the worlds best have been there.
