update

Things are not as easy as they seem. I am doing ok, but still having a little trouble towing the line.
I will keep you updated as to my progress.

You can do it! If you slide a little one day - its ok! Just begin again the next day. I lost 75lbs 8 years ago - and I have kept most of it off :) It was changes in my lifestyle that helped me - drinking more water, working out regularly, evaluating my portions constantly. I will have a little extra on plate if I made my workout that day or indulge in a delcious dessert if I was "good" throughout the week. Remember its a journey not a race. Take your time...don't be hard on yourself...you can do it!
