Competitions

I GET ASKED ALL THE TIME , WHY SHOULD I DO COMPETITIONS ? WELL IT IS PERSONAL PREFERENCE BUT I FEEL THAT IT IS A VAUABLE ASSET IN THE PROGRESSION OF YOUR CARERR AS A PROFESSIONAL CHEF. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS NOT TO PUT TOO MUCH EMPHASIS IN IT. THE MAIN THING AS A CHEF IS NO MATTER HOW MANY COMPETIONS YOU ENTER , IF YOU CANNOT DO A JOB DAY TO DAY THEN IT MEANS NOTHING. COMPETITIONS DO NOT PAY THE BILLS , THEY DO NOT MAKE YOU AN ACCOMPLISHED CHEF EITHER.
